A milk bath is a very Cleopatra-level of decadence-inspired way to enjoy a soak. It is not for everybody (especially if you don’t like milk!) but for those who enjoy a soak with a difference then this is absolutely something to try.
As you are running your warm bath, shake some of the milk bath powder under the running water then aid dispersal through the bath by hand until the flakes of cocoa butter have dissolved.
Not to worry, it will not look like a bath full of cream.
If you have a deep love of loads of foam and bubbles you may be disappointed with a milk bath as they do not contain SLS the main ingredient used in commercial bubble baths to create this effect.
As this does contain cocoa butter you must be careful getting in and out of the bath as it can make things slippery. Once out of the bath, drain the bath straightaway and if there is any left wipe away residual cocoa butter.
